Do you offer price matching?
We absolutely do! With a couple of exceptions: We hear this story all the time. Someone found a great deal on some $5 -$10 tablecloths and $1-$5 chair covers with a sash included, so they make their reservation. They go pick up the linen the morning of the event, only to find that they are in a trash bag, some are stained, all of them are wrinkled. What they didn’t see was the fine print that there are extra charges for cleaning and ironing.
These customers typically call us Saturday morning in a panic, and we try our best to help them out. We will match any prices except this type of linen rental. We offer in house linens as well as third party vendors for all our linen needs. We also send our linens out to be cleaned and ironed with a proper iron press. When steaming linens, it is very hard to get all the wrinkles out. We will never offer you a linen that is just steamed out, your linens from us will always be pressed.
We will match prices as long as they are up to our quality of maintenance and care.
When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Sadly, it is just not possible to offer good, clean, professional linen rentals at very low or "cheap" prices. If you are unsure of the quality of linens you will receive, visit our competitors showroom and ask to see how the linens will look when you have them delivered to your venue. Linen Care & Handling
Please make sure any linens that are being used under candle wax, chocolate fountains, chaffing fuel, cake, etc. has something to protect the linen surface. If you need clear plastic to put underneath, please ask us for that rental item.
When decorating, remember UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD STAPLES BE USED ON LINENS OR SKIRTING, or TABLES. Staples can cause permanent damage and you will be charged full replacement cost for the damaged equipment.
Please take the time after your event to follow a few simple procedures to ensure that all linens rented will be returned free from damage and additional charges will not be billed.
- All SEQUIN, PETALS, ROSETTES, JUTE, SHANTUNG, LACE, and ORGANZA Linens must be rehung on hangers following your event. This will protect these special linens from any damage.
- Allow wet linens to dry completely before packaging.
- Shake out linens to remove all garbage and remaining table decor.
- Fold and return all linens to the shipping containers or laundry bags provided with your order.
Linen Damage or Loss
The renter will be responsible for additional charges or replacement costs if the following occur:
- Missing linen
- Permanent damage because of burns, rips, tears or staples
- Permanent stains caused by wax, grease, mildew, ink or anything else that cannot be removed with standard laundry procedures.
- If you are using candles, please be aware that many facilities use heating or air conditioning systems that may cause candle wax to spray or blow onto the table cloths. Consider using votive candles or candles that can catch wax drips. All wax must be removed by hand and additional cleaning charges will apply.
- Food stains and spills will normally come off with our standard laundry procedures so we ask that you do not attempt to wash or iron any of your linens prior to their return.
