Free Local Delivery for any rental order of $199 or greater.
For orders less than $199 customer may pay a $50 local delivery fee or the items may be available for Customer Pickup
Exact Time Deliveries are available for customers with very specific timing needs. An expedited delivery fee of $99 will be added to any order requiring Exact Time Delivery

30 Day Cancellation Required on all rental orders. Cancellations within the 30 day window of the event date will be charged the entire balance of the rental order. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations.
Weather cancellations will receive a full refund provided equipment cannot be delivered due to bad weather on the day of the event. Once equipment is delivered no refunds or credits will be issued.
After Hours Pickup/Delivery Fees & Overnight Fees
For any pickup/delivery scheduled after 9PM after hours fees apply.
For pickups/deliveries between 9PM - 11PM the after hours fee for pickup/delivery is $150
For pickups/deliveries after 11PM an after hours fee of $500 will be charged
After Hour Mechanical Game Attendant Fee - After 11PM the fee is $300
Inflatable Game & Dunk Tank Rentals
For pickups/deliveries between 9PM - 11PM the after hours fee for pickup/delivery is $150
For pickups/deliveries after 11PM an after hours fee of $500 will be charged
An optional Overnight Fee of $75 can be paid to keep a 6 hour game rental overnight
For any Overnight Inflatable Game Rental - Pickup will be scheduled before noon the following day.
Customer Pickup - Inflatable Games - Any inflatable game must be returned no later than 7PM the same day. If an overnight fee is paid customer may return the inflatable between 10AM-12PM the following day
