Description
Our 40-foot-wide frame tents are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
This tent is expandable in 15 foot sections. We start with a 40×30 frame and can add sections all the way up to 225 feet long allowing for up to 9000 square feet of covered event space.
As with all of our tents there will be no poles in the middle supporting the top so you get to use 100% of your floor space.
The Gable End (flat end) allows for staging or taller items to be placed close to the edge of the tent – overall there is a 12-14 foot ceiling clearance throughout the tent structure which tapers down to 8 feet on the edges
Gable ends can feature solid white vinyl or starburst as shown. For starburst ends please add $50 to any size tent.
Normal pricing quoted is for a 1-3 day rental, the setup and tear down time does not cut into your rental time.
Normally for a weekend rental delivery will be on Thursday and pickup on Monday or Tuesday.
Please Note — Tents larger than 40×90 are available. We offer these by custom quote only, availability and pricing is based on many factors including location, setup surface, and similar considerations.

40 foot wide tents are structure style tents with 12-14 foot clear span ceilings and leg poles spaced every 15 feet – 40 foot End legs are spaced 20 feet – Keder tops and sidewalls make these tents virtually leak-proof.

| Coolers | Water based cooling has been used in Texas for many years. Porta-Coolers are used to provide a good drop in temperature and adequate air flow to keep your guest comfortable. Porta-coolers can be rented at an additional fee |
